My request to Todd Schnitt (The Schnitt Show) of today's date

Todd, I am very concerned about Rep Kathy Castor & her association with the SEIU http://seiuorg.capwiz.com/bio/id/36912

If you look at my blog, I posted my recent letter to The Tampa Tribune, asking them to step up & look into this. Note that today the House voted to defund ACORN (sister group to the SEIU), yet our Rep here in Dist 11, Kathy Castor, voted NOT to defund this corrupt group.

I have asked Rush Limbaugh as a Floridan and Glenn Beck as a former Tampa resident to help out here, but I understand they have bigger fish to fry than to worry about our little ole district. Today while I was listening to your show, I thought, maybe Todd will get someone just to do a little digging.

If I am wrong, then I don't mind hearing that. But if I am right about Ms. Castor then I think she has to be exposed before the 2010 election. FYI, I was banned from commenting on her Facebook Fan site because I asked a question about her voting record a few months ago & suggested that she might need to tweak her resume. This was before I made the SEIU connection.

Additionally, please note that her voting record indicates she has voted 96% along Democrat lines. YET, her own web site says she represents ALL her constituents in District 11. Does she represent me? Am I one of those 4%? Are there only 4% non-Democrats in Dist 11?

Also, if you do look on my blog for the above-referenced letter, you will have to browse past today's post (this e-mail to you). My letter to The Tribune was 9/15/09 & there are also a few posts beyond that. They are of e-mails I have sent to Sen Nelson, Rep Castor, Sen Lemiux, & Charlie Crist.

Todd, I ask you, as a fellow resident of District 11, will you stand with me & take an honest look into Kathy Castor & her relationship with the SEIU? Someone with more resources than I have needs to help with this. Again, if I am wrong, I will be happy. I won't vote for her in 2010, but I will be happy to hear she isn't in bed with the SEIU. But if she is, the voters of District 11 deserves to know so they may make informed decisions, and choose a Representative who is truly for the PEOPLE and not the special interest unions.
